I ran into severe car troubles on a road trip through America coming from Canada and was forced to stop in Mansfield Ohio, I looked at all the local shops that were open and Prossers Automotive looked like the most reliable place available. Long story short they were the most kind hearted and helpful people I’ve ever encountered. They truly are there to help people and the price was more than fair. The mechanics Robert and Ricky did a top notch job and must be the best around. If I could have the choice, I would use this shop every time without a doubt. I can’t recommend this place enough. They saved my butt big time!!! Thanks again guys!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! They were super transparent and communicated everything they were doing and also helped out with a vehicle while mine was getting fixed! Would recommend this place to everyone!

I found a loose bolt, only started in the nut. So, upon checking all related fasteners found a hose retaining bolt loose; to small for the welded nut. Service was fast, but I wish this Tec would double check all fasteners.
