My out of town girlfriend had a vehicle emergency when her brake fluid started leaking due to a rusted brake line, She looked for auto repair shop near her location and found Prosser's Automotive with awesome reviews, Eric and his crew were very knowledgeable and patient with explaining what happened, and how to fix it properly with pictures and videos to boot! to myself and my gf, they got everything done in a timely manner/fair prices and made sure my girl was back on the road safely, once again thank you for all your expertise on fixing our 10 year old Chevy Tahoe 2015! This place is a gem for sure!

Take our kids car to get the steering wheel looked at, all we asked them to do besides put a door handle on, thought there might be a power steering problem. They call us a day later after doing a whole inspection and diagnostic which we did not ask for, want to give us a whole breakdown of everything this car needs (which is an 09) that we paid not over 5k for and tell us it's gonna cost us 9k. So obviously no, we're not doing any of that. So we tell them just replace the handle we'll take the car somewhere else and ask how much we owe. She says it's free inspections but our total is $250??? For what? For you to pop on a door handle? They've had the car for two days, mind you and just called and said they still haven't put the handle on. It's 4pm. The conversation about the door handle was at noon. Will never do business with this place again. All over just asking to check the power steering. 😤

Highly recommend for all of your snow plow needs. weather it be parts for a plow or a brand new install, this is the place to go!

Very pleased with the work and how nice the people were. My only concern was the labor cost . Seemed like it was awful high. Probably won't be going back because of the cost. I can't afford it.
