Outstanding service! I would highly recommend to anyone. Processer's Automotive were very quick at diagnosing the problem for my son's vehicle. I asked Scott to see if he could try to squeeze us in ,since my son was home from college and his car had just broke down.They did not throw extra parts and try to jack up my bill. They were very conservative on the cost. I just had my son's car at another well-known establishment in town earlier that day, who put parts on my car that were not needed and didn't even fix the problem. They are very efficient in time management. They accurately diagnose the problem and fixed it quickly. We were able to pick it up the very next day! Being a mom you're used to putting your kids first but my car needed to be maintenanced as well. It was pulling to the right and I was also told by a different well-known place in town where I purchased tires that it needed an alignment. I once again reached out to Scott and he was able to not only fix the problem but did not sell me an alignment that I didn't need. I briefly waited in a very clean waiting room. It was definitely first class treatment! He took time out of his busy schedule to fit me in to rotate and balance my tires. I had just had this done just two weeks ago when they told me I also needed an alignment. I was very surprised he rotated and balanced my tires and never charged me. I did not buy my tires from him and in all actuality he should have charged me. I really appreciate his integrity. I would highly recommend anyone needing car repairs to go see Prosser's Automotive!

Excellent service and awesome customer service.will be coming back for all auto repair needs Wont be a returning customer. We've had nothing but problems since we've got the car back from them. I'm not 100% sure it's there fault. But I will not be taking that chance

Hey Eric ... can't tell you how great an experience it was. The online quoting process, the quote, the customer service, the knowledge set, the service and the friendliness were outstanding. Additionally, before I wrote a review for my exhaust manifold service, an unrelated transmission hose leak occurred. I had no reluctance on using Prossers Automotive again and received great service.
