DO NOT USE Prosser's!!! I was appalled by the service and especially the customer service by Prosser's. When we picked up our motorhome the front end began smoking and smelling about 2 miles down the road. We immediately turned around and by the time we got back there the new rotors they replaced tested at 300 degrees! They said we need Calipers (but they wouldn't replace the rotors- Scott argued that those rotors would be just fine). After leaving this time the steering wheel vibrated- this is after $1,500. Instead of addressing the issue they wanted to take the driveshaft out and replace u-joints. I was on the phone with Scott and told him we wanted to find out why the steering wheel was vibrating because it wasn't when we brought it in here- Scott then hung up on me. I was shocked, I called back but a woman answered. I told her I was just talking to Scott and I think he hung up on me. She said he was with another customer. I told her I would wait, she then said she would have the owner (Eric) call me. I said, "Oh, so he did hang up on me?" All she would say is she would have the Owner call me. Well Eric never called me either. When I called him he just said they have phone calls drop all the time instead of apologizing. I found out from a co-worker that he had the same experience. Prosser's wanted to keep fixing other things instead of the issue, and he was hung up on too. This was my first and last experience and I will tell everyone I know so they don't get taken.
