Traveling through the Mansfield, OH area today and had an issue with a tire. Stopped here and was taken care of like family! Very professional and courteous staff! I highly recommend them for your auto repairs if you live in the area!

My son was having a problem with his brakes and Prossers was able to get his car in quickly for an inspection and then the work done same day! I felt like they took great care of a teenaged boy paying for the expense out of his own pocket, went over everything with him and charged fairly. Had a bouncing in the front half of my truck, not sure what it was, had shocks put on less them 10000 miles back, mostly highway.After the crew at Prossers check it over, it was found the front shocks was bad and under sized for my truck.I had them replace the shocks that the truck required, spin balance and rotate the tires and a front alignment.Front problem solved, even rides better now then the first time I drove the truck.Thank You Prosser’s

I’ve had my truck worked on by them twice I’m very picky about who I let touch my vehicles I work on my own stuff because every time I let someone else do anything to my vehicle they mess it up and I end up fixing it myself well the guys are ok with me they know what thy are doing they are awesome I would recommend the to anyone I don’t worry when I take my car there because I know they are going to fix it they very honest and up front and the prices very good

My daughter and I had a trip to Georgia this year for the holidays, two days before we we to leave I noticed a front axel issue that needed to be fixed. As I am learning not many people work on Volvo, I run into Prosser’s automotive number and gave them a call I explained that we needed to leave on a specific day and they made room in their shop for my truck to be fixed. My daughter and I are so grateful for what Prosser’s automotive did for my family, we are calling it our Christmas miracle!
