Very pleased with the work and how nice the people were. My only concern was the labor cost . Seemed like it was awful high. Probably won't be going back because of the cost. I can't afford it.

Awesome service. I stopped in to get a noise diagnosed while traveling through Mansfield. The staff immediately put the car on the rack, diagnosed the issue and provided an interim fix to get me back on the road! Highly recommend.

I ran into severe car troubles on a road trip through America coming from Canada and was forced to stop in Mansfield Ohio, I looked at all the local shops that were open and Prossers Automotive looked like the most reliable place available. Long story short they were the most kind hearted and helpful people I’ve ever encountered. They truly are there to help people and the price was more than fair. The mechanics Robert and Ricky did a top notch job and must be the best around. If I could have the choice, I would use this shop every time without a doubt. I can’t recommend this place enough.
