We had the unfortunate luck to experience a dead battery in the days just before a Thanksgiving trip to Grandma's. None of the local Auto Stores had our battery size in stock and the two shops that could squeeze us in were extremely, ridiculously expensive. I was out of ideas, I had called every single place I'd ever heard of in our area. So, out of frustration I googled a very vulgar rendition of "auto batteries in Mansfield, OH", LOL! And, up popped Prosser's so I gave them a call. I spoke with Scott, and not only was he friendly and polite, he scheduled us for the very next morning and had us on our way with a new battery in like, an hour or less! Thank you, Prosser's... You saved Thanksgiving!

They were very helpful and they were thorough and they explained everything that needed to be done with the car and even though they could have made a lot of money for urging me to fix it they said it wasn't even worth fixing the car wasn't they're honest truthful friendly and helpful I will definitely use this place again if I need it for car repairs

I came into Prosser's Automotive LLC for a problem that I knew I had, the mechanics found a more serious problem that others missed, and the shop fixed it all for less than I had been quoted for the first, less serious problem at a different shop. I would recommend Prosser's without reservation.

We needed tires, and after checking around, Prosser's offered the best price. We called and received a free inspection. Found out we needed some additional work done. We got a fair price and great service on all repairs. Thank you!

Great place to take vehicles to be worked on very honest people and they will treat you right
