Amazing work, took my vehicle to them. A few hours later they called and they told me I had a transmission issue. I took it to the dealership because it had a warranty on it After fighting with the dealership for so long, I brought it back to Prossers, they found what the dealership said " they couldn't replicate "..... Highly recommend.

Over an hour from home and just 2 hours before closing Friday afternoon they diagnosed that a a belt pulley fell off our 2008 Suzuki sx4. They aquired a part and did the repair while we waited. Friendly, helpful, and he honest. A very good experience!

My car stalled on Diamond Street next to the County Courthouse, and AAA was there in only 5 minutes. They took me to Prosser's a AAA authorized repair facility. They determined that my fuel lines on my gas tank to my engine rusted and they replaced them and did excellent work. They tend to be VERY busy, but it is definitely worth the wait. I would go back to them anytime for any major automotive service that I would need

I needed to have emergency tire service and was towed here. Could not have been happier with the service, had everything done within the day of towing it there and was able to pick it up after work, same day. Thank you to the staff at Prosser’s for their great service.
